How much does ACCA costs?

The reputation of ACCA, networking opportunities, salary levels that you get after completing ACCA will 100% justify its cost.
If you include books,
Books = 2500 per book * 14 = 35000
Total Cost under self study = 200000

After passing the 12th class, is ACCA a good option?

I would advise you to take both   B.Com   (Full time) from a normal college & ACCA. As ACCA is recognized only when you complete all the 14 papers & also have three years of working experience.   B.Com  is a time bound degree. Even if you study averagely you will pass  B.Com  in three years. But ACCA requires hard work. So plan to do 4 ACCA papers in a year. Thereby completing ACCA in 14/4 = 3.5 years. But its not so easy to clear in 3.5 years, it may take even 3.5 - 4.5 years. So if you pursue ACCA alone you will geta job in 3.5 - 4.5 years. But if you have B.Com+ACCA you could go to a job at the third year after completeing  B.Com  & thereafter you would be mostly left out 4 subjects in ACCA, which you could go for work & study too. So inorder to be on the safe side do both B.Com+ACCA Note: This is a genral advice. Consult a professor or educated elder before making your choice. Follow me on  http://w...
