The ACCA fees has to be compared with an Other Professional qualifications. The similar cost will be incurred when you study an Engineering degree, MBA from India or Undergraduate Degree from UK.
The reputation of ACCA, networking opportunities, salary levels that you get after completing ACCA will 100% justify its cost.

Should I study ACCA after doing B.Com or along with B.Com?

Hence if you start studying for ACCA from first year of BCom, then you cam complete ACCA after one year of completing BCom.
