What should I do after clearing ACCA?

If you decide to study any additional qualification you could pursue that too. You can enter the following qualification. I have also mentioned the exemptions you will get after doing ACCA.

Qualification - CFA - US
What's it - Investment Analysis
Papers to do - 3 papers
Exemptions – 0
Total Cost = Rs. 2.2 lakhs + Books
Average Pass % - 43-54%

Qualification - CIMA - UK
What's it - Management accounting
Papers to do - 5 papers
Exemptions - 11 exemptions
Total Cost = Rs. 2 lakhs + Books
Average Pass % - 25% - 70% subject wise

Qualification - Actuarial – UK 
(Toughest finance exam in the world)
What's it - Insurance Valuation
Papers to do - 13 papers
Exemptions - 2

Qualification - FRM - US
What's it - Risk Management
Papers to do - 2 Papers & 9 subjects
Exemptions - None
Total Cost = Rs. 1 lakhs
Average Pass % - 45-55%

Qualification - CMA - US
What's it - Management Accounting
Papers to do - 2 papers & 11 subjects
Exemptions - None
Total Cost = Rs. 1 lakhs + Books

Average Pass % - 35-52%

After passing the 12th class, is ACCA a good option?

I would advise you to take both   B.Com   (Full time) from a normal college & ACCA. As ACCA is recognized only when you complete all the 14 papers & also have three years of working experience.   B.Com  is a time bound degree. Even if you study averagely you will pass  B.Com  in three years. But ACCA requires hard work. So plan to do 4 ACCA papers in a year. Thereby completing ACCA in 14/4 = 3.5 years. But its not so easy to clear in 3.5 years, it may take even 3.5 - 4.5 years. So if you pursue ACCA alone you will geta job in 3.5 - 4.5 years. But if you have B.Com+ACCA you could go to a job at the third year after completeing  B.Com  & thereafter you would be mostly left out 4 subjects in ACCA, which you could go for work & study too.
